We fly into the high echelons of power In New York, determined to track Jamie down but plagued by infighting. In this 2042 high speed chase story, our genes hold the key to our power.
Alfredo is a queer Afro-Caribbean writer, photographer, and abolitionist organizer based in New York City. This graphic novel tackles power, corruption, and justice in the Black sci-fi adventure he always wanted. Hachimoji is both a love letter and warning, a celebration of young courage, and an imaginative world where unchecked power is challenged.
Mojo Wang is an illustrator and comic artist whose work has been recognized by the Society of Illustrators, the National Museum of American Illustration, and publications like NY Times, The Guardian, New Yorker, and many more. His work focuses on blurring the boundaries between editorial illustrations and visual narrative.

After self-publishing Vol 1 of Hachimoji, next is publishing more works where artists claim an ownership stake in this cooperative label. The idea is that all artists — writers, illustrators, designers, photographers — collectively own the work they do with Honey Mummy and share in its success.
